We do not access any private accounts, systems, or information that is not already publicly available.

• Deliver the AI Visibility Audit and Monthly Monitoring services you have purchased
• Communicate with you about your service, your audit results, and your account
• Send your monthly visibility reports and updates
• Respond to your questions, requests, and support needs

• Improve the quality of our audit methodology and reporting
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your information for advertising, do not build marketing profiles from your data, and do not use your information in any way unrelated to delivering the services you engaged us to provide.

For active Monthly Monitoring clients, we retain information for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period thereafter. For one-time Audit clients, we retain information for a period of three years following delivery of the audit.

You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at hello@avikiva.com. Deletion requests will be processed within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements.

Avikiva.com may use basic cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors interact with our content. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or behavioral targeting technologies.
